Dodge Neon QuickLIFT for 1995-2005 model years
The stock prop rod is the one item under the hood that most people find annoying. It is always either in the way or just plain difficult to use quickly and easily. Replace the stock hood prop rod with the hood QuickLIFT from Redline Tuning and end the frustration.
We have spent a lot of time where it counts, designing and testing our products. Since we are crazy about quality, you can rest assured that the QuickLIFT designed for your Neon is the best out there! Special attention to detail and perfect strut placement allowed us to create a much needed mod for your Neon.
Our QuickLIFT kit moves the hood lift pivots close to the hinge, freeing up valuable access to the engine bay and keeping you from the painful falling hood when you accidentally bump the prop rod from it's mount! Modify your Neon today and throw away your prop rod for good.
The gas springs included in the QuickLIFT kit are custom high strength steel cylinders (black in color) with Nitride coated black extending struts and include black end fittings.

Customer Feedback:
Just installed the kit yesterday on my SRT-4 and i must say, this thing is slick. Installation was probably about 45minutes because i checked and re-checked about 13 times on all my measurements. It works perfectly and thanks for such clear and useful instructions.
Thanks again Kyle V.
I just received the Redline Tuning hood struts for my 97 Plymouth Neon and would like to thank you for your great product. I am a member of Detroit Neon Owners and I am sure that I can get others from DNO to buy your great product. I will post pictures of my install and a link to your website shortly and see what you think. I see that your company is dedicated to Ford vehicles, but keep in mind there are thousands of Neons on the streets! Thanks!
The following feedback was captured from www.srtforums.com.
There have been a few reviews on the QuickLift and QuickLift Elite hood struts from Redline Tuning but I don't know if anyone has had any experience with their customer service.
When I initially installed my QuickLift Elite hood struts, my hood would not close properly. I sent an email to Redline Tuning customer service at 6:30 PM on a Friday night, not expecting to hear back from them until Monday. I explained that it was probably "installer error" and wanted to know what kind of rivets I needed to buy to attempt to reinstall them.
An hour later, I received an email from Brian at Redline Tuning asking for pictures of the install, and my address so he could send me extra rivets at no charge. This was on a Friday night!
After trying the new rivets and still having the same problem, I again emailed Brian the next weekend and got a response the same day asking for more detailed pictures. Once he got the pictures, it was determined that the brackets on one side were not mounted correctly. Today I was able to remount the brackets and install the hood struts. Everything works flawlessly.
The QuickLift hood strut kits are high quality parts and Redline Tuning really stands behind their products! Thanks Brian.
