Replace the stock hood prop rod with the hood QuickLIFT from Redline Tuning. Special attention to detail and perfect strut placement allowed us to create the perfect QuickLIFT system. With the QuickLIFT installed there will now be more room available under the hood without the center mounted prop rod, you'll simply have more room to change your oil, change your plugs or complete any other under hood work.

Our QuickLIFT kit moves the hood lift pivots close to the hinge, freeing up valuable access to the engine bay and keeping you from the painful falling hood when you accidentally bump the prop rod from it's mount! Modify your Escape today and throw away your prop rod for good.

The gas springs included in the QuickLIFT kit are custom high strength steel cylinders (black in color) with black extending struts and include black ball-end fittings.

2 year limited warranty for QuickLIFT, 4 years for QuickLIFT ELITE:
Redline Tuning warrants for 2 years from the date of purchase all components included in the QuickLIFT and 4 years from the date of purchase for the QuickLIFT Elite kits. Kits transferred to other vehicles voids the warranty. Our warranty for this kit is only valid if installed on the vehicle for which it was purchased. Our manual and testing are specific to the stock hoods for specified model years your QuickLIFT was designed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

The struts arrived about 2:00 PM yesterday and by 2:30. I was ready to begin installation on the Escape Hybrid. I took my time, made sure everything was in line and one hour later I was done! No more prop rod.

They look great! Today I installed the struts on the '02 Mustang and that went very well also. It is great to be able to get rid of the hood rod.
