I have bad shoulders and struggled to get the prop rod in it's hole on my 2007 Ford Ranger. This product is a lifesaver! Makes under hood work much easier

The people are great if you need them
the QuicKLIFT is great and very easy to
install better than having to hold your
hood up while trying to put the rod in

2008 RANGER HOOD LIFT KIT	July 14, 2020

PACKAGED WELL, EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN COLOR. TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR TO INSTALL. WORKS VERY SMOOTHLY WITH SOFT OPEN AND CLOSE. BOTH HOOD HINGES HAD BROKEN SPRINGS. THESE ARE A BETTER SOLUTION. VERY PLEASED WITH PRODUCT!

The item ordered was exactly what I wanted and is a good looking kit all around. The instructions were well written, producing an uneventful instillation. After center punching the hole locations, I used a center drill to start the holes as they don't tend to wander out of the punch mark as easily as the drills.
