This is my third vehicle where I've installed RLT hood struts.  They are quality and will last thru the years.  
Note: These struts also fit a 2021 Frontier.

The Quicklift Plus kit works very well on my 2017 Frontier and looks GREAT!  I was able to add a few inches additional height when open by adjusting the front most brackets to bridge the factory indention in the hood.  I know the QuickLift will serve well for many many years, as I have had the Quicklift Elite kit on my 1996 Mustang Cobra for over 10 years with no problems. Keep up the great work RedLine Tuning!  Thanks for keeping your products American Made!

I bought this for Father-in-laws 2006 Nissan Frontier truck.  He's 84 and can barely lift hood.   Easy to Install.  Pop rivets are 3/16 diameter.   Instructions say use 1/4 " drill bit.  DO NOT USE THIS.  It makes hole in metal too large. Rivet pulls through as you pull it tight.  I had to use 1/4" bolts / teflon nuts for bottom bracket, as rivet pulled through metal. Check rivet diameter and use same size drill bit.  Can enlarge a little.  Rivet will NOT pull through then.  Otherwise, good product.  He was very happy.  He can open hood with one hand now.

Great product, easy install. Really like the soft open and not having to deal with the hood rod support. Good instruction and very good product quality. A little concerned on the rivets but once I saw then and installed them, no problem. Really heavy duty rivets so make sure you have a good tool to install. Highly recommend this product.
