Parts are good quality, fit properly. But I believe there is an incorrect measurement for the placement of the hood brackets. The installation instructions say to place the brackets 2 3/8 inches from the edge of the hood. This puts them at an extremely awkward angle on the hood strut. I think the measurements should be 1 3/8 inches which just about centers the bracket on the strut. This was installed on a 2010 model year Tacoma with the sport (hood scoop) hood.

The product is very well designed and made. However, the true test of a company is how they react to a problem. I received a hood support kit that had been badly damaged in shipping. I sent an email describing the problem and Brian immediately sent another kit no questions asked! An excellent product from an excellent company.

Struts came in mail fast after ordering, install was quick and easy (about 15 mins).
Measurements were precise and easy to follow instructions. Was able to get rid of stupid stick. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these to anyone.
