Great product. I ordered the first set for my 2023 Ranger. After following instructions and getting the hardware in place I was missing a part. Contacted Redline by email and they responded quickly and shipped 2 replacement parts which arrived quickly. The quick lift worked just like I wanted. I ordered another quick lift for my 2018 Explorer. Both were easy to install just follow directions and or watch a online instruction video I found on YouTube. Ford is getting cheaper every year and should have placed the hood assist lift system on their vehicles. Thank you Redline!

Absolutely perfect fit. Simple instructions, and a very worthwhile upgrade that looks OEM when installed. Ford should have included gas lifts from the factory, but Redlines solutions is perfect.

This kit only took me about 10-15 minutes to install, with gathering the basic hand tools needed was about 20-25 as got them as needed.
A lot nicer than the prop rod that came on vehicle.

Super easy to install on my explorer	April 8, 2021

These hood struts are great. No more looking for hood jacks to hold the hood up. Just pull the hood latch handle and unhook safety latch and up goes the hood. It is so nice, what a great product. No drilling required on my explorer. Directions use wholes already in the hood and a wheels strut area.

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Installation was well documented and went smoothly. Product works as advertised and as desired -- YAY! No more prop rod that interferes with engine bay access.

The directions were clear and the install really only took 15-20 minutes and that is because I was being cautious. So far so good and if Mr. Ford is reading this, these should have been installed in the first place but as it is I am happy to do business with Redline Tuning.

This product was so simple to install and makes such a big improvement in accessing the engine compartment with ease. Keeps the hood stable and sturdy. Love It!
