I have a carbon fiber hood. It had two screw points built on either side. I needed to enlarge the bracket holes to fit the hood Torq screw. Then 11.75" back I installed per instructions w/ rivets. Worked perfect NOW NO PROP ROD.

Hood struts	December 13, 2023

As I have used the struts before I was unable to use them on my current vehicle. The vehicle already had a fiberglass hood on when purchased the hood did not have enough material to attach the struts. With that being said customer service was great and my return was fast. Would purchase them again
