These do not fit the type R hoodâ€¦.. I guess it’s my fault for not doing more research. Still very disappointing

This does fit a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid for anyone wondering. Looks and feels like quality struts. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had the hood struts on foe a week now and they work as advertised. Easy to install direction easy to read and so much cleaner with the hood struts

Hood Quicklift for 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback	December 2, 2022

Had a small problem installing and consulted with Brian Vander Haagen who helped guide me through the installation. Once installed they work great!
No more hassles with the hood prop rod. I highly recommend these to those owners who take pride in their cars.

They came out with the correct strut for my new 2022 Honda Civic and I pounced on them. Fast shipping and really great communications-they remembered to contact me when the struts became available.
