I over torqued the original backing plates, my bad. It was great that they had replacement parts at such a reasonable cost, and fast cheap shipping!  Very happy. And the hood struts work great

Super fast customer service with emailed questions. Had parts in hand 2 days later from Michigan to Cali. Expected to receive them at least a week later given everything going on with the world right now. All my friends have since bought their products.
