I have purchased a number of Redline Tuning hood struts, mostly for Mustangs I've owned.
Very glad that they are available for my new
Ford Maverick. Perfect install, no issues. They work as designed.

Very easy install. The shock do not raise the hood, but does keep it opened when raised.

The hood brackets didn’t fit correctly so I called the support number on a Saturday and to my amazement the owner answered and explained to me that some of the 2025 Ford Maverick hood brackets are a little different so the owner or one of his employees modified a new set of hood brackets and sent them out at no charge. I was very impressed with Redline Tuning quick response and excellent customer service.

These things are great, and for day-to-day convenience are a must-have for any vehicle that didn’t come with them from the factory. The install went smoothly with the exception of p/n 32-00012. I had to egg out the mounting hole a little on the outboard side with a rat-tail file to get it to fit into place against the hood hinge. No big deal, and worth it because life is too short to futz around with a hood prop rod!
