Our QuickLIFT Systems include quick-release end-fittings on the gas struts for the Jeep models. This allows the user to easily remove the strut from the lower attachment and then place the hood all the way back onto the wind-shield.

If you have the Wrangler or Gladiator that has a Steel hood, you need a higher force gas springs for the heavier steel hoods put on by Jeep. Purchase the 21-20006 system that we have created specifically for those vehicles. Mojave Edition and all Wrangle/Gladiators outside the US have heavier steel hoods along with various models after 2026.

✔ STAINLESS STEEL GAS SPRINGS - The gas springs used in our ELITE series are 316L Stainless steel (brushed silver in color). The end fittings used are designed specifically for each application. Gas spring orientation is always body end up (large tube attaching to hood) and extending rod attaching to lower ball stud.
