I asked for help in picking out some struts for my ford mustang w/carbon fiber hood. The owner replied promptly and he suggested three models with links to order. He incorrectly specified the wrong length struts. They were unusable, being 2-3/4" short. I emailed Redline Tuning, he said if I shipped them back they would replace them with the correct length. I appreciate the help but I went to you guys for the right product and I ordered what I was told would be correct. I do not think I should have to take time out of my day to arrange shipping and pay for it to be shipped back for a $48 part. Just not worth it to me. I should have, at minimum, been emailed a prepaid shipping label or just sent the correct struts. I was not going to complain but you solicited my review. I will probably not order from Redline again and will not recommend it to anyone else.
