I am really impressed with the quality of the Quick Lift Elite Hood Struts and particularly impressed with the thorough instructions that guarantee a perfect fit. The Rubicon 392's hood weighs 26 lbs., which may not sound like a lot, until you have to lift it high above your head with one hand while you fumble with the fold down hood brace with the other hand. Now with the struts installed, I only need two fingers to raise the hood a few inches before the struts take over and raise the hood the rest of the way. Thanks Redline!
