What can I say except thanks for a pleasant upgrade. Easy purchase, fast shipping, fantastic instructions which made for a super easy install. Not to mention the fact that it is a quality product that Mazda should have included but Redline more than made up for their deficiency. Thanks

Great Product & Excellent Customer Service	October 28, 2021

Unfortunately my order arrived as an empty package. I contacted Redline Tuning and explained the problem. Redline assured me that they would send a replacement immediately and the replacement arrived quickly and without incident. Although I am waiting for milder weather to install the hood struts I checked the product and am sure that Redline has supplied quality components. I did a bit of research before deciding on Redline and did not feel confident in getting a Chinese made product. I came to the conclusion that paying a few dollars more for the Redline product is a smart move because it's manufactured in the USA and comes with a 4 year warranty.

Hood Struts Work Great!!!	October 13, 2021

The hood on my Mazda CX-5 was very heavy. The new hood struts were easy to install and work very nicely. I can now open my hood with one hand, and do not have to use the hood support rod. I am very pleased!!

The gas struts to asist with opening the hood of my 2021 Mazda CX-5 and then keep it open are perfect. Can't imagine why Mazda doesn't include something similar.

What's not to like? Very good advice and service from Redline, easy and quick to install (less than an hour) using the oh-so-easy-to-follow installation instructions printed in color and included in the shipment, high quality struts that support the hood, excellent packing and prompt service. Go Redline!

EASY TO INSTALL - MAJOR IMPROVEMENT	April 14, 2021

The Mazda CX-5 hood is quite heavy. Mazda should have had the gas struts as regular equipment. I got tired of lifting the hood and using the prop rod. The hard part was loosening the bolts in the hood to install the the brackets for the new struts - they were well painted on! When that was done, the install of the struts was easy. The result is a much better way to open and close the hood. The parts supplied by Redline are high quality.

Bought 2 of these they work great. Had a little trouble installing one one of the things on the fender but the rest was a snap!
