Bought a set of Redline Quicklift Elite's for my Ford Focus RS. Install went great except the end fitting on the lower of the right side did not pop on correctly (honestly not sure if the snap ring in there was bad or I just screwed it up pushing too hard -- AND I ASSUMED IT WAS ME). I ordered a replacement, easy to do, they just screw on. Customer service caught the order, saw what had happened AND REFUNDED ME ENTIRELY for the parts without my asking. Amazing. Customer forever. New ones are installed. Work great. Super happy.

Hood QuickLIFT System	March 7, 2017

Great product now lifting the hood of my 2016 Tacoma is safe, very easy to install and it looks great. I also order 2 pair of end-fiting just to have replacements parts, and because one of the end fiting from the Hood Quicklift Systems was missing, other than that have no complaints the end fiting cost is just a few dollars. Excellent product.

End-fiting works, but cost as much as shipping. There needs to be a cheaper shipping alternative.

Replacement End Fitings	April 14, 2015

I ordered a pair of Replacement End Fittings because I lost my black retainer clips on my old set of Hood QuickLift Gas Springs. Fast shipping. Only problem, I asked in the order requests section of the order page that they remove the black retainer clips from the End Fittings as this was the largest/most time consuming en-devour and it was not done.
