Installed kit today FEB 22 2019. Directions very good. Take your time follow directions to the letter and you will have no problems. Elite system works great. release latch and hood rises by itself.

Could you imagine if I had the time to install the parts this fast. That would be great!

The product arrived in a sturdy poster tube. Very nice! Main item and accessories are solidly built and the instruction manual is thoroughly documented. Good job!

Lastly, thanks for making purchase a rivet gun and hole punch.

Quicklift Elite for 2019 Tacoma	January 19, 2019

I am very satisfied with the operation and appearance of these lifts. I had an issue with one side as the included end fittings did not fit. I was sent replacements from Redline (same as included with kit) and thought no way whey will work so I purchased a set of end fittings from Redline PN# 72-00003. I tried the set of original replacements (for the failed set) from Redline and they also would not fit. I installed the set I purchased and they worked perfectly and as expected. I would rate these more highly but needing to purchase alternative parts to get the system to operate is never going to get anyone a 5. I would still recommend product to other users as the completed product should be a factory installation.

I had QuickLIFT ELITE on my 05 Tacoma for 13 years without an issue. Had concerns about my 18 Tacoma TRD PRO hood being so heavy, but the new installation went smooth and the lifts work perfect. Instructions were on point, you guys should be proud of what you do!

The hood on the 3rd Gen trd sport is quite heavy, or was quite heavy but not any more. The gas struts work like a charm no effort to open or close , as someone said this is the way they should have come from the factory with gas struts. Easy install also. Thanks for such an easy to do modification for cheap money

Item shipped fast and arrived well packed. Installation instructions were clear and concise. Everything went together as advertised. The hood lifts work perfectly. I'm no mechanic, so this is a very good outcome for me. Could not be more pleased with the purchase.

These things rock! I am so glad I bought them. I even went as far as to remove the OEM hood support. No need for it.
